Majestic Wine

Majestic Wine is the UK's leading wine specialist. In the past 2 years the design team has worked on a number of high hitting projects from rebranding the company to having an award winning marketing campaign.

 

I was the digital designer on the team which allowed me to work on a number of interesting work. A recent project was to cut down on the amount of time we spent on POS (point of sale) and email BAU tasks. I helped lead with a software engineer to create an automated system for store printed materials and email banners. This cut down the workload for these tasks from 30 to 3 hours. 

 

Creating a new social media plan with the Social Media team, lead on creating and implementing animated digital screens (with an agency) for over 300 stores, to create more of an engaging impact.

 

Working with the ecom team on the website and app designs...

Working with the marketing team to design new engaging email templates. Using A/B testing on certain elements of the email, such as the layout of the title, description and pricing order of a product. This allowed us to use the finalised layout in both digital and printed DMs. Which then increased the amount of clicks to the website.
